We want you to be completely satisfied with your Card Vault Collections purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is significantly different from what was described, or arrives damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through our Contact page.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
