Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days with tracking
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: Available for orders placed by 12 PM EST
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

International Shipping

We ship to select countries via USPS Priority Mail International and DHL Express with full tracking. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days.

All prices are tax-inclusive — no hidden fees at checkout. We offer home delivery to your door, and there are no customs or import fees charged to the buyer. Customs delays are beyond our control, and we are not liable for packages seized by customs.

Packaging & Protection

  • Single cards ship in top loaders inside bubble mailers
  • Hobby boxes and sealed products ship in reinforced cardboard with padding
  • High-value orders may require signature confirmation

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email upon fulfillment. Track your order through the carrier or our Track Your Order page.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Damaged packages: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
  • We file carrier claims but are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered
  • For theft, please file a report with your local post office

Address Errors

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provided. Contact us immediately if you spot an error before fulfillment.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order items ship on or after the release date listed on the product page. Mixed orders are held until all items are available unless you request a split shipment (additional fees may apply).
